The Additive-Free Treatment Standard

Consistent preparation of high-quality autologous biologics remains a challenge in aesthetic medicine. The Arthrex ACP double-syringe system delivers 100% autologous fluid PRF with 2-3× platelet concentration8,12—processed in a closed, sterile system without synthetic separation materials.

The Solution

The Arthrex ACP double-syringe system simplifies the preparation of autologous conditioned plasma, allowing physicians to deliver high-quality, natural results with minimal effort.

What Is the Arthrex ACP Double-Syringe System?

The Arthrex ACP double-syringe system facilitates the safe and rapid preparation of fluid PRF from a small sample of the patient's blood. This proven technology provides a natural, minimally invasive solution.

How It Works

1. Blood Collection

A small amount of the patient’s blood is drawn directly into the Arthrex ACP double syringe.

2. Centrifugation

The syringe is placed in a precision-engineered centrifuge to separate the plasma from other blood components.

3. Application

The resulting ACP (fluid PRF13), rich in growth factors and fibrin, is ready for immediate use.

Key Features

Fast: ACP can be prepared and applied in <10 min

Simple: Easy handling ensures seamless integration into practice workflows

Sterile: Completely automated separation in a closed processing system

Natural: Uses the patient’s own biological components without any external or synthetic additives

Efficient: 15 mL of whole blood yields approximately 5-6 mL of ACP, ensuring cost-effectiveness
