Shirin Lakhani, MBBS MRCGP DRCOG

Dr. Lakhani is a UK-based GP and aesthetic physician specialising in women’s health, intimate rejuvenation, and non-surgical aesthetics. She is the founder of Elite Aesthetics, a doctor-led practice offering facial aesthetics, medical-grade skincare, and body contouring, with a focus on natural, individualised results.

Dr. Lakhani graduated from Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals in London in 1999 and has extensive NHS experience across medicine, general surgery, urology, accident and emergency, and anaesthetics. She specialises in PRP and platelet-derived exosome treatments, including the O-Shot™ and P-Shot™, and was the first female doctor in the UK to offer these procedures.

She is a European trainer for the Vampire® procedures and a UK trainer for the O-Shot®, P-Shot®, Vampire Facial®, and Vampire Hair®. Widely featured in the UK press and on television, Dr. Lakhani is passionate about education, innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of care in aesthetic medicine and women’s health.

Michael J. Weidmann, MD

is a dermatologist and medical director of clinics at Forsterpark Augsburg. After completing his medical education in Ulm and Tübingen, he took on a role as an assistant physician in Kiel.

Starting in 1997, he practiced at the University Clinic of Ulm, where he developed the aesthetic unit, which he later took over. In 2003 he established his private practice in Augsburg, offering a  road spectrum of dermatological as well as aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Weidmann adopted regenerative treatments early on, such as the treatment of androgenetic alopecia using platelet-rich plasma, and has shared his experience and protocols at various conferences. He is also the Director of Globalhealth Academy, a network of more than 2000 physicians worldwide.

Hanno Pototschnig, MD

is a specialist in the field of regenerative and aesthetic medicine. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of the Technical University of Munich, he practiced for several years at clinics in Munich and the surrounding area before opening his private practice. Dr. Pototschnig completed his doctorate in the field of regenerative minimally invasive aesthetics.

In addition to working clinically, he has developed surgical techniques and medical devices as a Medical Business Manager for Arthrex GmbH.

Dr. Pototschnig has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers, a book on PRP in aesthetic dermatology, and a book on lipofilling and regenerative medicine. He is a frequently cited author and a speaker/instructor at national and international congresses (IMCAS, Dubai-Derma, SEME, DGPRAEC, etc) in the fields of aesthetic dermatology, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic plastic surgery.

Tom Haugland, MD

is a Norwegian medical doctor specializing in aesthetic medicine. He is the CEO and lead practitioner of FILLOX, a chain of aesthetic clinics in Scandinavia headquartered in Oslo. Dr. Haugland is  known for his expertise in minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.
His work focuses on enhancing facial harmony through lifting, volumization, accentuation and bio stimulation.
ACP is an integral part of his holistic approach for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Haugland is actively involved in education and training within the field of aesthetic medicine. He conducts masterclasses and workshops helping other medical professionals refine their skills in injectable treatments. His approach emphasizes natural-looking enhancements,  atient safety, and the latest advancements in aesthetic procedures.
