Kristel van Herwijnen

graduated from Maastricht Universityin 2003.
In 2004 she joined the Hair Science Institute as a physician. Over the years, Dr. van Herwijnen has gained increasing experience in the field of hair transplantation and has become increasingly interested in hair transplants on the face and on scarred skin.

In addition to performing treatments, Dr. van Herwijnen frequently conducts trainings for health care professionals.
For her the most rewarding aspects of her profession are specialized treatments, such as treatments for patients who have lost their hair due to burns or treatment of patients who no longer have eyebrows.
Improving patients’ satisfaction and quality of life with advanced treatments such as fluid PRF or platelet-derived exosomesare key elements of her success.

Tom Haugland, MD

is a Norwegian medical doctor specializing in aesthetic medicine. He is the CEO and lead practitioner of FILLOX, a chain of aesthetic clinics in Scandinavia headquartered in Oslo. Dr. Haugland is  known for his expertise in minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.
His work focuses on enhancing facial harmony through lifting, volumization, accentuation and bio stimulation.
ACP is an integral part of his holistic approach for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Haugland is actively involved in education and training within the field of aesthetic medicine. He conducts masterclasses and workshops helping other medical professionals refine their skills in injectable treatments. His approach emphasizes natural-looking enhancements,  atient safety, and the latest advancements in aesthetic procedures.

Katja Kassem-Trautmann, MD

is a plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgeon based in Zug, Switzerland. With a broad surgical background from leading institutions in Zurich, she is known for her precise, safety-focused, and natural aesthetic approach.

She specializes in individualized treatment concepts and minimally invasive techniques, including fluid PRF and lipofilling. An internationally connected expert, she regularly speaks at conferences and has received awards such as the “Best International Collaboration Award” from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

In addition, she is actively involved in INTERPLAST missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Hanno Pototschnig, MD

is a specialist in the field of regenerative and aesthetic medicine. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of the Technical University of Munich, he practiced for several years at clinics in Munich and the surrounding area before opening his private practice. Dr. Pototschnig completed his doctorate in the field of regenerative minimally invasive aesthetics.

In addition to working clinically, he has developed surgical techniques and medical devices as a Medical Business Manager for Arthrex GmbH.

Dr. Pototschnig has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers, a book on PRP in aesthetic dermatology, and a book on lipofilling and regenerative medicine. He is a frequently cited author and a speaker/instructor at national and international congresses (IMCAS, Dubai-Derma, SEME, DGPRAEC, etc) in the fields of aesthetic dermatology, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic plastic surgery.
